Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at PacificSource Health Plans where he is responsible for leading, directing, and inspiring the organization using continuous improvement practices, systems, and tools to positively impact customer satisfaction, quality and operational excellence.

Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and is fascinated by the intersection of process improvement methodologies, data and systems. He is also certified in the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. In his spare time, Jeff likes to play pickleball and hike.
